Clear sky is back over 2015 Italian Granfondo’s calendar

Following the recent agreement between Granfondo Felice Gimondi Bianchi and Colnago Cycling Festival organizers concerning the 2015 calendar, Felice Gimondi and Ernesto Colnago met each other Wednesday August 27th at the Friedrickshafen Eurobike‘s opening day. The two icons of respective events shook their hands and shared a common vision to seal a renewed cooperation spirit between the two events.

In order to avoid any further concurrence after as it happened this year (the two events took place the same day though held in Bergamo and Desenzano, both in Lombardy region), 2015 Gran Fondo Felice Gimondi Bianchi stays on May 10th, whilst the event in Desenzano has been postponed to May 17th.

“The gentlemen agreement we achieved was very positive – Gimondi commented – to settle an uncomfortable situation for both sides definitively. No reason to do otherwise between clever persons”.
